We will be present for an happening in the slaughterhouse of Cordenons (Pn) to hear witness to the reality of the situation in every slaughterhouses all around the world. Our gathering will be a silent stay in tribute to billions of animals killed daily woth quick glance, fatten up by force before being kicked up in heavy trucks heading to death. This moment is the only time when animals get out their cages and they become what they have always been : maldable meat.
The place and the date of the appointment will be Sunday the 1st of February at 10 a.m, piazza della Vittoria in Cordenons. From the square, we will walk to the slaughterhouse and will stay nearly for a silent stay till 11.30 a.m.
After this peaceful demonstration we will return, travelling by foot, to the square Piazza. We kindly ask every one, on this occasion, not to raise any kind of flag or banner : we want to draw the attention mainly on suffering distress, of animals screaming with pain beyong the wall of the slaughterhouse.
We are fully aware than many of you may live some emotional situation difficult to deal with, so we kindly ask you to think about the probability to not participate to this event if you don't feel able to channel your thrills.
