Despite freezing draughts, activists from the brand new Besançon group named "le Cable" took part in the "Let's abolish meat!" world event slightly ahead of time on Saturday 22nd January.

We asked people passing by place du 8 septembre if they could envision (a law, for instance, for) the abolition of meat thereby raising awareness around this idea.

The leafleting event went well. People weren't against the idea of meat abolition, and many of them, despite the fact that they meat on a daily basis, were in favor of a law that would force them to do without it.
