Presentation: In terms of quality, the claim for the abolition of meat is one step further in the struggle led by associations and individuals against animal exploitation. Up until now, activists have been addressing people individually, questioning their personal ethics in order to get them to change their consumption habits: to and convince them to become vegetarian/vegan.

Activists did not dare to bring up the demand for the abolition of meat to society as a whole. They did not dare to say: "This is not a personal issue; you actually do not have the right to eat meat, and this practice must be banned by society in the same way that it bans other practices such as slavery or the murder of human beings, and for the same reasons : because they damage the lives and health of others... A quick look at how the demand for the abolition of meat constitutes a revolution for animal activists.
