We had a solidarity walk for the victims of farming,
hunting, fishing and meat in general at the Veggie Pride. Many people were wearing tee-shirts with
the "Abolition of Meat" message and were carrying placards or banners clearly displaying abolitionist messages.
One of the slogans of The Veggie Pride's organizing committee itself was
"Meat, fish - let's abolish them !"
2000 pamphlets were distributed by a dozen people ; they seem to have caught
people's attention.
On several occasions, members of the general public gave us their full support,
or expressed their joy at our campaigning for this cause.
Altogether, we received a warm welcome from the animal activists and from
most of the general public!
